Assist in quality management, review the configurations for which the software product(s) are currently available, evaluating new developments in the organisation and the industry. From this information, advises senior management of potential growth and problem areas and the required resourcing to meet these needs. Ensures adherence to agreed standards and good practice in the development, systems testing and quality assurance procedures for the porting/integration of one or more software products. To be considered for this role you will need to have worked on at least three full project life cycles ideally ion SAP HR, with a strong understanding or HCM. Candidates with an excellent client facing ability would certainly be advantageous.
